As an administrator of a store, you can send a "hidden message" in a conversation regarding an order: this message will not be visible to the buyer of this order.
This lets you include a note to let others managers of your store or to contact Difymusic as part of a group conversation.
To send a hidden message: click the check box provided in the posting box in the conversation then send your message.
A message hidden from the customer will be reported in a conversation by a blue information banner at the level of the message:
The customer will not see this message in the conversation in the customer area.
